These are operating standards for every participating family and program. You do not need to rank or request them.

A caregiver who has met Opportino’s required TrustLine registration, background-screening, DOJ/FBI fingerprint-verification, and training standards before assignment.
Written parent or guardian authorization on file before pickup.
A named caregiver assigned to the child, with name and photo shared before arrival.
Government-issued photo ID checked at handoff against the approved assignment.
Your program’s own release rules followed, with your staff retaining final authority over release.
A timestamped record of authorization, ID check, and sign-out.
Proof of appropriate insurance and a documented emergency-escalation process.
A direct Opportino contact for staff during active pilot handoffs.
Clear privacy and information-sharing rules, limited to participating families and the active care workflow.

Every child arrives enrollment-ready. A complete, current, licensing-ready file—enrollment, immunizations, emergency contacts, and authorizations—is in your cabinet before the first visit. A same-day yes is a phone call, not a paperwork day. Nothing counts until the child attends. A file on hand claims no seat and no ratio. Children come only on days you confirm the room has headroom—your capacity, your call, every time.

Preschool-ratio children who slot into your existing rooms—never infants or toddlers.

The initial receiving-site pilot is limited to children age 3 and older whose records, age, and classroom fit satisfy your program’s requirements.

A careful pilot, not a drop-off.

One new child can change a classroom’s dynamic—we check fit within the first hour and move the child to alternate Opportino care if it isn’t working. Your staff’s judgment is final.
