During the initial pilot, outings are limited to parent-approved locations safely reachable on foot from your home or another approved handoff point. Caregivers will not drive children unless Opportino’s transportation coverage and procedures are approved. Partner-preschool care is limited to eligible preschool-ratio children and depends on confirmed capacity and classroom fit.

Allergy, medication, and emergency instructions included in the assigned caregiver’s session briefing.
A clear emergency-escalation process, with Rashmi reachable during every pilot care session.
Secure parent-caregiver communication inside the care workflow.
The full care profile shared only with the assigned caregiver for the active assignment and authorized operations support.
